When shipping delays happen, we work directly with FedEx Premier Support to help get your package back on track.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a scheduled delivery date. You can also opt in to text alerts on your shipment.
Orders placed before 4:30pm EST on weekdays ship the same day; 11:00am EST on Saturdays. Read about our enhanced GPS tracking for select orders.
FedEx Shipping
We don't ship ground. Ground isn't guaranteed, tracking runs slow, and packages get lost more often. Getting your orders there quickly and safely is the point.
FedEx Express 2 business day air is the starting option for every order, with next business day available.
We recommend FedEx Delivery Manager to track packages on their way to your home. On this free app, you'll see a live map on delivery day, get push notifications, hold your package at a FedEx Office or Walgreens, or leave instructions for your driver. Available for residential deliveries.
Need Saturday delivery, early morning by 8:30am, or another special option? Contact us before placing your order and we'll get it there.
We ship to Canada via FedEx 2-3 business day air for $13 USD. Taxes (GST, PST, HST) and brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibility. We handle customs forms electronically, so orders typically clear without delay.

Returns
We don't charge restocking fees.
You have 30 days from your purchase date to start a return. Returns must be factory-wrapped, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Custom, outlet, and clearance items are final sale.
To start a return, visit our returns page. We'll generate a label you can print.
No printer? Create your label, then bring the tracking number to any UPS store — they'll print it for you. A small printing fee may apply at some locations.
Return Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we offer a prepaid label for $9, deducted from your refund.
If you prefer to ship your own, we recommend a trackable service with insurance. We can't cover returns lost or damaged in transit.
