We do not process sensitive personal information.
If you make purchases, we may collect the data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Business Transfers
We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
Service Providers
We share personal information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us and help us operate our business, under written contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. These fall into the following categories: payment processing (Stripe and Affirm); shipping and fulfillment carriers (FedEx); website hosting and security (Rocket.net, Cloudflare, and Google reCAPTCHA); analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Meta); and email delivery (Mailster).
Analytics and Advertising Partners
We use Google Analytics to understand how our Services are used. The Google Analytics Advertising Features we may use include Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impressions Reporting, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. You can opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across the Services at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can control Google Analytics Advertising Features through your Google Ads Settings. We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on Meta’s platforms. Through this technology, certain online identifiers and information about your activity on our Services may be shared with Meta. Our Use of Advertising Cookies, and Your Opt-Out Rights
Because we use advertising and analytics technologies such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, certain online identifiers and browsing activity may be disclosed to Google and Meta so that we can measure and deliver advertising. Under some US state privacy laws, this type of disclosure for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though we do not exchange your personal information for money. We keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Because we are subject to tax, accounting, and other legal recordkeeping requirements, we generally retain order, transaction, and related financial records for up to seven (7) years, even after an account is closed. Account information that is not subject to those requirements is kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business or legal need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
In Short: We do not collect from or market to anyone under 18 years of age.
Our Services are intended solely for licensed cosmetology professionals who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. We do not offer products or services to, or knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar opt-out preference signal; you can exercise your opt-out rights using the cookie controls described in our Cookie Notice and the methods described in the section on United States state privacy rights below.
