How to Assemble Our New Swatch Ring
Swatch rings were not shipped with all colors included. We have to add the two missing colors.
Gather all parts of the swatch ring including:
Swatch ring
Dancing Queen swatch
Queen Of Hearts swatch
Swatch cards are on the ring in alphabetical order.
Open the ring and add the Dancing Queen swatch directly after Crush On You.
Swatch cards are on the ring in alphabetical order.
Add the Queen Of Hearts swatch directly after Pretty Girl Rock.
Close the ring but do not put the F&T plastic brand tag on the ring.
Put the completed ring back in the vinyl pouch until it is ready for final assembly to be shipped. Vinyl pouches get stored in a plastic bin.
Final Assembly For Shipping
Remove the swatch ring from the vinyl pouch and throw away the vinyl pouch. Do not ship the vinyl pouch with the swatch ring.
Put the completed swatch ring and F&T plastic brand tag in a silk bag. The brand tag should not be attached to the ring. It will be damaged in shipping if it is attached.
When you are ready to build swatch ring boxes:
Get a SWATCH RING CARE CARD. These are not the same as our regular care cards! These are in the back room in a plastic bin on the top shelf above the Beach Wave. This bin is labeled "Swatch Ring Care Cards".
Place the silk bag in one of our small boxes.
Place the Swatch Ring Care Card on top of the bag as shown.
No more than 5 swatch ring boxes should be built at a time.
